  • "C3BI School - Winter session - Programming and scripting", run by the Center of Bioinformatics, Biostatistics and Integrative Biology (C3BI) and the Center of Informatics for Biology (CIB).

Dates: February 11-25, 2016

The aims of the course are:

- to develop basic programming and scripting skills for sequence analysis and/or NGS data analysis
- to facilitate dialog between bioinformaticians and biologists
