Cleaning of exterior windows on campus

he Hygiene, Quality and Sustainable Development Department in the Technical Resources and Environment Department would like to inform you that the company ONET, a service provider for the Institut Pasteur, will be cleaning the exterior windows of the buildings on campus from next week onwards.

The cleaning schedule is as follows:

• Week 29 and 30 – from 07/16/2018 – areas with level access

• 07/18 to 07/19: buildings 59 and 60
• 07/19 to 07/20: building 53
• 07/20 to 07/23: buildings 52 and 53
• 07/21 to 07/21: buildings 01 and 02
• 07/24 to 07/26: buildings 27 and 28
• 07/26 to 07/28: buildings 03 and 04

• Weeks 31 and 32

• 07/30 to 08/03: buildings 66 to 69
• Saturday 08/04: building 26
• Saturday 08/11: buildings 22 to 27 (street-facing windows)

This cleaning program will be adjusted if any issues are encountered. Changes may be made partway through the schedule. The teams will do their best to keep the impact to a minimum.
