130TH ANNIVERSARY CEREMONY

Conference on "130 years of global health at the Institut Pasteur" on November 13, 2018

Next month, the Institut Pasteur will celebrate the 130th anniversary of its inauguration which took place on November 14, 1888. The Institut Pasteur was officially opened by French President Sadi Carnot.

For this occasion, a high-level conference on global health will be organized, on the Parisian campus on the eve of the inauguration, November 13, 2018.

The Institut Pasteur will be honored by the presence of high-level partners representing international organizations, governments, donors, industry and civil society, here to discuss their views and roles, and how to fight some of these “global health” challenges together. This conference will be a unique opportunity to discuss the common mission of improving human health.

So that you can participate in this exceptional event, placed under the High Patronage of Mr Emmanuel MACRON, President of the French Republic, a simultaneous video feed will be projected in the Émile Duclaux lecture hall on November 13, 2018, at 4:45pm.

The ceremony will be followed by a drinks reception.
