A reminder of the procedure for parking vehicles on campus

The Technical Resources and Environment Department would like to remind all staff of the procedure for parking vehicles on campus:

  • Temporary parking permit* (max. 3 days per week)

All staff or members of an external research organization (OREX) working on campus may request a temporary parking permit.

Parking requests must be made no later than the previous day via:
• Webcampus (Infos pratiques > Les services à votre disposition> Parking (Site web) (Practical information > Services available > Parking (Website)))

• directly at the following address, which you can add to your bookmarks: http://157.99.50.31/telemaque/

*Requests for temporary parking permits sent to parking@pasteur.fr will not be dealt with.

  • Permanent parking permit

All staff or members of an external research organization (OREX) working on campus may request a permanent parking permit.

You can request an annual permit (vignette) to display on your windscreen by emailing parking@pasteur.fr. This request can be submitted starting on December 10, 2018.

This permit gives you easier access to campus and the option to park in any available spaces. You are only eligible for a permanent parking permit if you have not claimed the 50% employer contribution to a public transport pass or season ticket.

Employees from research organizations (CNRS, Inserm, universities, etc.) are asked to produce a certificate from their employer confirming that this public transport subsidy has not been claimed.

Those working at the Institut Pasteur are not entitled to both the annual parking permit and the employer contribution to public transport costs.

  • Visitor parking permit

You should request parking when you register your visitor via the Télémaque application, by checking the box below:

Finally, we would remind you that parking is not permitted on campus at night or at the weekend.
