On January 2, 2019, Jennifer Heurley was appointed acting Vice-President International Affairs, reporting directly to the President of the Institut Pasteur.
Since 2013, Jennifer Heurley had been Assistant Vice-President International Affairs at the Institut Pasteur in Paris.
From 2006 to 2013, Jennifer Heurley worked in the French Foreign Ministry, where she was responsible for developing and implementing scientific diplomacy, monitoring multilateral activities, managing the network of international scientific advisers and overseeing major research instruments.
She is a lecturer in political geography at Aix-Marseille University, where she specializes in border issues.
