"Single-cell gene expression and beyond" course

The CB UTechS, the HR training center and the Education Center are pleased to announce that a course on "Single-cell gene expression and beyond" will take place on the Institut Pasteur campus from July 1 to 5, 2019.

The five-day course involves theoretical teaching in the form of seminars, practical sessions in the Education Center laboratories and in silico data analysis.

It will cover cutting-edge technologies including single-cell omics, preparation of single-cell RNA and libraries using 10x Genomics solutions, and single-cell RNA transcriptomic data analysis.

Target audience: any scientists interested in these single-cell approaches.

The deadline for registration is March 14, 2019.

Spaces are limited to 12 people, although it is also possible just to sign up for the seminars.
