Agreement signed on working from home

An agreement introducing the option of working from home has recently been signed by the management team and all the Institut Pasteur's trade unions. It will come into force on February 1, 2019.

This important agreement reflects the Institut Pasteur's renewed commitment to improve the quality of working life, by enabling staff to achieve a better balance between their professional and personal life.

Three different types of telecommuting are now possible at the Institut Pasteur:

• working from home on a regular basis, at the employee's usual place of residence

• working from home on an occasional basis

• working from home because of specific temporary circumstances
