First paperless payslips in May

Since May 31, 2019, Institut Pasteur staff have received their payslip in their MyPeopleDoc electronic data vault.

Any staff who have not yet activated their data vault to access their payslips can still do so with the link and login codes they received by email on May 21, 2019 from no-reply@people-doc.com.

If you have lost the email from PeopleDoc, you can be sent the login codes again by asking the Payroll Department to reactivate your account: portailRH@pasteur.fr.

Please note: All staff, even those who opt to continue receiving their payslips in paper form, can still activate their MyPeopleDoc secure electronic data vault and make use of their 10GB of free personal storage.

Employees who chose to continue receiving payslips through the post can change their mind at any time by going to the HR Portal and unticking the box "Refus du bulletin de paie dématérialisé" (I do not want ePayslips) in the "Votre dossier personnel" > "Vos bulletins de paie" (Your personal file > Your payslips) space.

If you decide to switch before the 15th of any month, your new choice will be automatically applied for that month; otherwise it will be applied from the following month onwards.

In practice:

At the end of each month, you will be informed via email by PeopleDoc that your payslip has been uploaded to your data vault (you need to activate it first).
You can consult your payslip online and/or download it as a PDF.
