Electronic payslips

We would remind you that since May 31, 2019, Institut Pasteur employees have been issued with electronic payslips.

Employees who chose to continue receiving payslips through the post can change their mind at any time by going to the HR Portal and unticking the box "Refus du bulletin de paie dématérialisé" (I do not want ePayslips) in the "Votre dossier personnel" > "Vos bulletins de paie" (Your personal file > Your payslips) space.

If you decide to switch before the 15th of any month, your new choice will be automatically applied for that month; otherwise it will be applied from the following month onwards.

Employees wishing to activate their secure electronic data vault can be sent the login codes for their MyPeopleDoc account again by contacting the Payroll Department: portailRH@pasteur.fr
