2019 "Vivons vélo" campaign: a record event in every respect!

This year, more than 800 participants pedaled for the Institut Pasteur cause in 28 French towns and cities, supervised by clubs from the French Cycle Tourism Federation (FFVélo).

Between them they beat last year's record, clocking up an impressive 20,170 kilometers on the Saturday.

Following the ride through the capital, the distance covered by the community as a whole exceeded the million kilometer mark.

On October 12, in the Pasteur Museum's "Salle des Actes" on the Institut Pasteur campus, a ceremony was held for the presentation of this year's check by AG2R LA MONDIALE, a loyal Pasteurdon partner and Institut Pasteur sponsor – a check for fundraising efforts amounting to an impressive €100,000!

The "Vivons vélo" program, which has now been running for seven years, has gone from strength to strength, raising precious funds for research through the generous efforts of participating cyclists.

Pedaling has never been so rewarding!
