Creation of the Single-Cell Portal dedicated to single-cell activities at the Institut Pasteur

The C2RT is glad to announce the creation of the Single-Cell Portal dedicated to single-cell activities at the Institut Pasteur.

This portal allows researchers to easily access information about everything the C2RT offers for single-cell based science. This offer is open to the entire scientific community of the Institut Pasteur, the Institut Pasteur International Network and external institutions.

A unique email contact single_cell@pasteur.fr can be used to approach staff with single-cell expertise and to obtain personalized end-to-end support from experimental design to data analysis.

The Cytometry and Biomarkers UTechS (UTechS CB) is the entry point to different types of single-cell support. The UTechS CB harbors technologies and integrated pipelines for single-cell phenotyping, sorting, transcriptomics and data analysis. The single-cell activity is also supported by other single-cell OMICS platforms at the Institut Pasteur: UTechS PBI, UTechS MSBio, Biomics and the Hub of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics.

Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq): all pipelines and technologies for scRNA-Seq are now regrouped in the UTechS CB. These include 10xGenomics, MARS-Seq and C1. In addition to single cell transcriptomics, applications such as TCR and BCR rearrangements and ATAC-Seq are available. The sequencing is performed by Biomics or by external partners. A group of experts from the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub proposes exploratory and statistical analysis of scRNA-Seq data tailored to the needs of each project.
