For several years now, Pasteurdon has enjoyed the support of a unique partnership comprising several television channels, which come together each year to broadcast the Institut Pasteur's message on the small screen to a growing number of viewers. And for the second year running, Pasteurdon will also be supported by several radio stations, including some new additions for this anniversary campaign.
In 2016, the Institut Pasteur concluded a partnership with France Médias Monde. This will boost the ranks of participating TV channels and also add the support of RFI radio on its FM frequency. LCI, a newcomer to digital terrestrial television, has also joined the campaign this year.
In total, some 22 television channels and 14 radio stations will be promoting the Pasteurdon campaign via the launch clip, short films and radio broadcasts.
This media partnership gives Institut Pasteur scientists the unique opportunity of appearing in the Pasteurdon short films. Last June, many of you decided to take part as these films were shot alongside TV presenters and journalists from the different channels. You got stuck right in, adding your own unique blend of spontaneity, enthusiasm and cheerfulness. Once again we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part.
