On June 3, on the initiative of Christian Vigouroux, Chairman of the Institut Pasteur Board of Directors, and the members of the Board, a general staff meeting was held about the Institut Pasteur's articles of association. The aim of the meeting, open to all staff online via the application Teams, was to present and explain the proposed amendment to the Institut Pasteur's articles of association on three points concerning the President, the Scientific Council and the financial provisions.
In view of the announcements by the French government about phase 2 of lockdown exit, and following on from the staff meeting on May 26, the PBRP committee has approved the following staff presence rates on campus. The aim is to facilitate the progressive resumption of work and encourage social links while maintaining a high level of caution to maximize staff protection.
The Institut Pasteur in Paris and its International Network of 32 institutes have been extremely active worldwide in responding with science to the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Its response currently involves a lot of people at the Institut Pasteur in Paris and several teams in the network in other countries.

In a bid to modernize its image and strengthen its visibility in France and at international level, the Institut Pasteur adopted a new logo in February. The Department of International Affairs took advantage of this opportunity, in cooperation with the Department of Communications and Fundraising and the senior management team, to propose a new logo for the Institut Pasteur International Network.
In the recent mobility survey and following the lockdown, staff at the Institut Pasteur showed a strong level of interest in the possibility of cycling to work. Since there is currently a limited public transport service and passenger numbers are capped, the Quality, Environment and Sustainable Development Department is pleased to announce that the French Environment Ministry has introduced a new scheme to encourage cycling, the "Coup de pouce vélo," loosely translated as "On your bike!".
