New button to report suspicious emails

The Information Security Team and the IT department inform you of the upcoming implementation of a button which will allow you to report any malicious or suspicious email.

This is part of an ongoing strengthening of our Information System and the streamlining of user interactions.

  • What’s new?

Starting next week, we’re going to be rolling out a button which will appear automatically in your Outlook interface (Mac/PC) and on the webmail at email.pasteur.fr.

If you identify a malicious email (phishing, identity theft, etc.) or if you have any doubts about an email, all you have to do is select the message and click on the "Report a suspicious email" button:

It is therefore no longer necessary to send malicious emails to informatique@pasteur.fr! However, you can alternatively (if you can’t find the button or if you’re not using Outlook) forward the email to rssi@pasteur.fr.

  • More information

For more information on how the button works and on phishing emails, visit Webcampus.

The Information Security team is at your disposal to answer your questions at rssi@pasteur.fr.
