Look back at the Institut Pasteur General Meeting on June 22, 2020

The members of the Institut Pasteur General Meeting board met on Monday June 22.

The meeting, introduced by Christian Vigouroux, Chairman of the Institut Pasteur Board of Directors, was organized from a video studio in the François Jacob auditorium so that all the members of the General Meeting board could attend and participate remotely using Teams. A voting system was also implemented via a secure, certified electronic platform so that the members could vote in real time. This unprecedented setup enabled the members of the General Meeting board to follow the various items on the agenda in complete transparency and to hold crucial discussions and votes during the meeting.

The members approved the minutes of the General Meeting of June 21, 2019. They also approved the Annual Report of the Board of Directors, presented by Christian Vigouroux, by an absolute majority, and were given a presentation of the 2019 accounts by François Romaneix, Senior Executive Vice-President Administration and Finance.

It then approved the amendment of the Institut Pasteur's Internal Regulations (in application of articles 11 and 22 of the articles of association) resulting from the approval of the amendment to the articles of association.
