Printing infrastructure audit at the Institut Pasteur

As part of its continual improvement process, the Equipment and General Services Center would like to inform you that TOSHIBA has been appointed to conduct a survey of the printing infrastructure at the Institut Pasteur (sites: 25 and 28 rue du Docteur Roux in Paris).

This audit aims to:

• Review the current printing policy,

• Compile an inventory of printing equipment (multifunction devices and printers) at both sites,

• Analyze the use and expectations of departments in terms of printing and scanning,

• Provide a snapshot to serve as a basis for the future tender on printing equipment and solutions.

For this purpose, the Toshiba consultant Jonathan Jaupart will be on campus between July 5 and 7, 2021 to compile an inventory of the printing systems in place and interview the users concerned about their printing and scanning use and requirements.

Several units have already been informed of the procedure and we would like to thank them for their contributions. For other services, we would appreciate it if you could find the time when the consultant visits your premises.
