Satisfaction survey for users and staff of C2RT entities

As part of ongoing efforts to improve their services and meet users' needs, the ISO 9001-certified UTechS and platforms in the C2RT are conducting a satisfaction survey.

This will give users the opportunity to rate the quality of the services provided and share their needs and expectations.

The satisfaction survey will run from October 1 to November 30, 2020 and will be conducted via a questionnaire. You will receive the link by email from the C2RT entities. If you have worked with any of the UTechS or platforms – whether for a training course, a benefit or a collaborative project – we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete the satisfaction survey.

Your feedback is important. It will enable us to improve the services we provide and meet your needs more effectively.

Any problems raised via the satisfaction survey will be addressed as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be taken.

The results of the survey will be presented at the user committee meetings and posted on the site of each UTechS or platform.
