IT helpdesk and new service provider

As announced in the March 23 edition of the newsletter, from June 1, 2018, the IT helpdesk on campus will be run by the new service provider Econocom, a leader in digital service provision for companies in France for more than 40 years.

The Information Systems Department, your contact for information about the helpdesk service, would like to update you about the latest developments on this project:

  • the integration phase to familiarize the new Econocom team with the Institut Pasteur began on April 9,

  • some members of the Econocom team have already moved to the Institut Pasteur campus to work alongside the current Cegedim teams and begin the process of transferring information and procedures.

All members of the new team will progressively join the Institut Pasteur campus. As they get to know the Institut Pasteur environment, Econocom staff will provide IT support on campus in pairs so that they can familiarize themselves with the various needs and professions at the Institut Pasteur.
