Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) and efforts to promote a healthy working environment for all staff, the Institut Pasteur is pursuing its commitment to greater diversity and inclusion by developing a disability strategy for campus.
Take part in the internal survey
To this end, in collaboration with Agefiph, France's national association in charge of access to work funding for disability inclusion at work, the entire Institut Pasteur community will be invited to take part in an online survey from April 11 to 28.
The aim is to identify the level of awareness about disability on campus, to evaluate needs and to implement measures in response to this first essential step.
The disability strategy in a few words
The aim of the strategy is to propose and implement a structured disability policy.
The first stage involves a review of the current situation, with the collaboration and support of Agefiph. Based on a questionnaire sent out to campus and a series of interviews conducted with a panel of representatives, a quantitative and qualitative analysis will enable us to review the situation, develop an action plan and implement a structured disability policy at the Institut Pasteur.
The survey in practice
· The survey will take place online until April 28 included;
· It is aimed at all Institut Pasteur staff (employees, Orex staff and interns);
