Center for Translational Science - call for applications for doctors

The Institut Pasteur's Center for Translational Science and the Medical Affairs and Public Health Department are looking for young doctors interested in completing the second year of their research Masters at the Institut Pasteur and doctors interested in partnership contracts. These call for applications have been introduced to strengthen links between the Institut Pasteur and hospitals at various levels.

 

  • Call for applications for funding of two doctors for the second-year Masters

The Center is offering funding for two second-year Masters medical students. To be eligible for this funding, the students should submit a translational project involving a hospital and a laboratory at the Institut Pasteur in Paris or within the International Network.

  • Call for applications for funding of doctors interested in partnership contracts

Implementation of a call for projects named ‘Institut Pasteur hospital partnership contracts’. These contracts are flexible in the duration and modalities of implementation (part time or full time, for periods ranging from 1 to 3 years), and allow to provide a financial compensation to clinical services and hospitals concerned, for the time spent on research by the doctors holding this type of contract.

They are intended for hospital doctors in various stages of their careers who want to work in a research unit and / or a National Reference Centre or a WHO Collaborating Centre at the Institut Pasteur.

This call for proposals concerns the entire French territory, doctors may be from any health care institution engaged in research.
