New core facility; Architecture and Dynamics of Biological Macromolecules Unit

• New Diagnostic Test Innovation and Development Core Facility

On May 1, 2021, the Diagnostic Test Innovation and Development Core Facility (Plateforme d'Innovation et de Développement de Tests Diagnostiques) was set up by the Department of Technology and the Technology Transfer and Industrial Partnership Department (DARRI).

This core facility, affiliated with the Center for Technological Resources and Research (C2RT), will be supported by the Institut Pasteur Innovation Accelerator (AIIP) and will develop innovative programs within this framework.
Thierry Rose will serve as head of the core facility from May 1, 2021.

Sébastien Quesney will serve as deputy head of the core facility from the same date.

• Architecture and Dynamics of Biological Macromolecules Unit

Following the favorable opinions from the Scientific Council in March 2021 and the Board of Governors in April 2021, the Structural Dynamics of Macromolecules Unit (024206), affiliated with the Department of Structural Biology and Chemistry, which was led by Marc Delarue and had come to the end of its term, is being relaunched as the Architecture and Dynamics of Biological Macromolecules Unit (Architecture et Dynamique des Macromolécules Biologiques) on May 1, 2021.

The unit is set up for a first five-year term which will run through to April 30, 2026.
