Get cycling for research: launch of "Vivons Vélo 2017":

Reminder: two years ago, committed Institut Pasteur partner AG2R La Mondiale launched "Vivons Vélo", a sporting and charity program featuring an application dedicated to cycling with a focus on well-being, enjoyment and keeping fit.

The application offers tips from the AG2R La Mondiale team's professionals, as well as coaching programs to suit all abilities. You can improve your training with targets that are both accessible and motivational while pedaling in aid of Institut Pasteur research.

"Vivons Vélo" also invites cyclists to take part in events in 15 towns and cities throughout France, including Paris. To start clocking up the kilometers and raising funds for the Institut Pasteur, why not join the first organized ride for the 2017 season? Like last year, for every kilometer covered, €1 will be donated to the Institut Pasteur.

So make sure you get back in the saddle on April 8 for the first "Vivons Vélo" event. Come along and join in one of the organized 25km rides aimed at cyclists of all ages, supervised by instructors from the French Cycle Tourism Federation. In Paris, the start will be at the La Cipale velodrome, 51 avenue de Gravelle, in the 12th arrondissement. The finish line is in Bercy.
