Information about deliveries: update on the logistics situation with the company Dutscher

The company Dominique Dutscher has recently rolled out a new logistics tool together with an IT system for store management. This major reorganization of the company's procedures began in early January.

This tool will enable Dominique Dutscher to continue developing its activities with the support of a highly sophisticated, detailed logistical framework, with the aim of offering its customers - including the Institut Pasteur - a greater range of services.

Although the company continued shipping during this time, the implementation of the new tool led to a slowdown in activities for more than two months, resulting in a backlog in deliveries for the Institut Pasteur campus and causing organizational and logistical disruptions for the Institut Pasteur.

The tool is now fully operational, and exceptional measures have been taken to enable Dutscher to deliver your delayed orders and reduce the backlog as quickly as possible so that the situation can get back to normal.

The company Dutscher, via its CEO Dominique Wencker, would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and cooperation at this time.

The Institut Pasteur's Logistics Department is making every effort to manage the problems related to these disruptions as best as possible.
