Tutoring system platform and reports

The Education Department, in cooperation with the Information Systems Department and the Human Resources Department, is currently reorganizing its administrative management tools for its tutoring system for PhD students. The new IT interface for the tutoring system will be up and running in early 2016.

In view of these administrative changes, the appointment of tutors for the new intake of PhD students (who arrived in September 2015) will take place in early 2016.

The tutoring reports for tutors who have already been appointed should be completed in the first quarter of 2016, once the tutoring platform has been launched. In the meantime, these tutors can contact the tutoring team directly to report any problems encountered by the students they are responsible for (tutorat@pasteur.fr).
