New regulations for the importation of goods outside Europe

From March 1, 2023, the Suppliers/Senders outside Europe will have to provide mandatory information to comply with the new custom regulation ICS2.

From this date, Export/Commercial invoices must include the next information :

• HS Number Code of each items.

• Detailed description of each articles.

• NSTITUT PASTEUR EORI number FR77568489700017.

It is therefore important to ensure that your Suppliers/Senders comply with this new system, otherwise your goods will be retain at the customs.

This would result in a delay in delivery with possible deterioration of controlled temperature’s product, or a return to the sender.
