Creation of the Evolutionary Biology of the Microbial Cell Unit
Following the favorable opinion issued by the Scientific Council in June 2017, the Evolutionary Biology of the Microbial Cell (Biologie évolutive de la cellule microbienne) Unit was set up on January 1, 2018.
This unit is part of the Microbiology Department and will be directed by Simonetta Gribaldo, a Director of Research at the Institut Pasteur.
The unit will be set up for a first five-year term which will run through to December 31, 2022.
