From the end of the month of February, the capacity to process printing requests in the Reprographics Department will be reduced by 50%.
Given this development, it has been decided that priority will be given to requests for scientific units, such as printing theses, posters, publications and other scientific resources.
But please note that production times will be longer and no requests will be able to be processed in under 5 working days.
This means that we will have to prioritize certain tasks.
For example, the following requests will no longer be processed internally: business cards, invitations, badges, welcome booklets, reports by entity heads, documents related to events, publications by Institut Pasteur alumni, publications for associations related to the Institut Pasteur, contracts or agreements, or any documents for which more than 50 copies need to be produced.
If you have any requests for non-scientific printing, you will now need to contact an external supplier; a list of suppliers drawn up in cooperation with the Procurement Department is available below.
You can also contact these service providers if the Reprographics Department is temporarily closed (because of staff on leave, training, etc.).
Those working with external suppliers will have to cover the costs.
