Mutual support scheme: donating paid leave

In late 2019, as part of efforts to improve the quality of working life, the Institut Pasteur introduced a system for donating paid leave to help Institut Pasteur employees with severely ill children or caring for a family member or close acquaintance with a loss of independence or a disability.
 
All employees at the Institut Pasteur (on a permanent or fixed-term contract) may, subject to certain conditions, make a request for donations of paid leave to care for a seriously ill child or a family member or close acquaintance with a disability or severe loss of independence. The request (backed up by supporting documents) should be made to the Human Resources Department.
