Next Startup Breakfast on February 29

The next Start-up breakfast will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 9:00 am at the room 11, Pavillon Émile Roux (PER) 2nd floor, Institut Pasteur.

The theme will be “Public & privat funding: How to fund your product development” with two invited speakers: Laurence Riot Lamotte, Chief Financial Officer at EVEXTA BIO and Clarisse Riot, Lawyer at L.co Legal.

Laurence Riot Lamotte has more than 25 years of financial experience, including 20 years of financial leadership in the life science industry. Before joining EVEXTA BIO (in 2022), she was CFO of IntegraGen since 2011, a listed company specializing in genomic services and genomic data interpretation software, for which she notably led several fundraisings, including its IPO on Euronext Growth Paris.

Clarisse Riot specializes in new technologies and digital law, including IT contracts and personal data protection. She primarily works in the healthcare and life science sectors, assisting entrepreneurs in developing their services while complying with applicable regulations for market access. Her expertise also includes mergers and acquisitions and private equity mandates, where she advises start-ups on their financing strategy, from seed to series B, both dilutive and non-dilutive.
