Upcoming Endnote training on January 23 and 29

The Scientific Information Resources Center (CeRIS) is running a series of new training courses to save you time with your bibliographies by using EndNote.

  • "Introduction to EndNote" (in French)

Come along and discover (or improve your knowledge of) EndNote and find out how to save time when compiling a bibliography.

The session is a mixture of theory and practical hands-on training during which you will learn how to import references from databases, create and manage reference files, insert citations into a text and format a bibliography with the latest version of EndNote.

Don't stress – just sign up for our training session.

The session will be in French and is open to everyone. It will be held in the training room on the second floor of the CIS building on Thursday January 23, from 2 to 5pm.

  • "Going further with EndNote"

Find out about the more advanced features of your bibliography management software and learn some handy tips and tricks.

The training session offers a mix of theory and hands-on exercises to show you how to add references that are unavailable in traditional databases to your library, and how to go further:

- in managing your library (e.g. changing a reference import filter)

- in importing references into a document (e.g. changing a style)

The session will be in French and is open to everyone. It will be held in the training room on the second floor of the CIS building on Wednesday January 29, from 2 to 5pm.
