Appraisal campaign: close on February 14, 2020

The appraisals and career development reviews are underway and will run until February 14, 2020.


The appraisal system involves:

  • An annual appraisal (reviewing 2019, setting targets for 2020 and identifying individual training needs).

  • A career development review, designed to review staff career development and short- and medium-term career plans. We would remind you that this is a legal obligation that must be carried out at least every two years from the employee's recruitment date.

Please note that this year, in addition to the career development review, all employees with more than 6 years of service will also be invited to attend a more detailed career review meeting. Please make sure you tick all the boxes on the form: in the event of an inspection, we need to be able to guarantee the traceability of this legal obligation.

  • Where applicable, promotion requests for non-scientific staff at the Institut Pasteur.
