Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
The Institut Pasteur is committed to facilitating the integration of new staff, especially foreign nationals. In line with its priorities, and as announced at the presentation of the Strategic Plan in December 2024, a series of initiatives have been launched at the start of 2025 to support them in the onboarding process.
A special "open door" session will be held to answer newcomers' questions about administrative procedures related to their stay in France. The session is organized by the administrative management teams in the Human Resources Department and will cover the following topics:
• Residence permit
• Social security and health insurance
• Different types of leave (additional leave, maternity and paternity leave, etc.)

Throughout 2025, other content and initiatives will be developed to enhance the quality of our support for new foreign staff at the Institut Pasteur. Dedicated information sessions on specific subjects such as tax will also be organized.
Information meeting
An information meeting will also be held on Tuesday February 11 from 2 to 3pm for unit assistants to give them an overview of the procedures for welcoming new staff – a major priority for the Institut Pasteur – and the resources available. All staff members concerned will have received an email containing practical details.
