Security measures relating to campus access

In view of the measures taken to reinforce security on campus several months ago and in particular those relating to campus access, the Logistics & Security Department (which is part of the Technical Resources and Environment Department) would like to remind each and every one of you of the measures that apply and should be complied with:

  • The rue de Vaugirard and rue Falguière entrances have been sealed off;

  • An access control lane at the 25 and 28 rue du Docteur Roux entrances has been closed;Institut Pasteur staff with ID badges enter the campus via the security turnstiles;

  • There is no longer direct access to the campus via the reception areas at 25 and 28 rue du Docteur Roux. All persons must pass the security guard who then activates the turnstiles;

  • All visitors must be escorted on campus;

  • Visual inspections will be made of visitors' bags and luggage at campus entrances;

  • One of the 2 entrances to the F. Jacob building has been sealed off;

  • All vehicles are checked at the boom barriers (persons excluding staff, service providers, transporters, suppliers, etc.);

  • Vehicle registration, passenger identity and cell phone numbers are recorded and the trunks and tailgates of light vehicles, trucks and vans are inspected.

  • Outside working days and hours, campus entry and exit of all persons must be recorded at the security checkpoint.

You are reminded that all visitors are required to show ID to enter the campus.

The security managers thank you for your kind understanding and for your cooperation with the campus security guards and reception staff.
