Pasteurdon

Pasteurdon: preparations with media partners to begin in September

This year's Pasteurdon, which will take place in an unprecedented health context, will enjoy the strong support of several TV and radio outlets, including some new partners. The Pasteurdon media partners will be gearing up from the start of September with preparations for the campaign, with two main highlights:

The short films will be shot on September 3 and 4.
This is a key part of the Pasteurdon appeal each year, helping raise public awareness of the importance of research in improving health. This year the films will be shot with a smaller number of people because of the health crisis, to ensure compliance with all the applicable hygiene and distancing measures for film sets. In the same spirit as for the 2019 edition and to provide a sense of continuity with the previous films, the production team and the presenters from our new TV partners will use the same venue as last year – the OMICS buildings. Clapperboards at the ready!

The new radio messages will be recorded on September 10 in radio studios.
Our partner radio stations will get their top presenters to record special messages designed to familiarize listeners with the Institut Pasteur's work and commitments and to raise awareness of the importance of donations for advancing research.

This year, Pasteurdon is welcoming on board TF1, France 2, France 3, France 5 and M6, as well as the Radio France airwaves, alongside our existing partners who remain committed to the cause:

  • TV partners: TMC, TFX, TF1 Séries Films, LCI, France Info TV, W9, 6TER, GULLI, C8, CSTAR, CNEWS, NRJ12, Chérie25, LCP-Assemblée nationale, Public Sénat, BFMTV, BFM Paris, BFM Business, RMC Story, RMC Découverte, l'Équipe and France 24

  • Radio partners: RFI, BFM Business, RMC, Sud Radio, NRJ, Nostalgie, Chérie FM, Rire & Chansons, Radio Classique, RTL, RTL 2, Fun Radio, Europe 1, RFM and Virgin Radio.
