Training Olympiad: this summer, take inspiration from Olympic athletes and boost your performance with online training

Over the summer, as the Paris 2024 Olympic Games get under way, the Skills and Training Center in the Human Resources Department will be proposing various topics for you to develop your soft skills and enhance your well-being.

The modules, accessible to all staff via the new Pasteur Learn online training platform and available in French and English, are based on topics inspired by the 2024 Paris Olympics:

•    Understanding and boosting team spirit and mutual respect to improve collective communication;

•    Developing successful strategies inspired by leading champions to overcome daily hurdles;

•    Laying the foundations for long-term performance by adjusting your diet and posture, inspired by preparations by high-level athletes;

•    Harnessing the benefits of nature and adopting environmentally friendly practices on a daily basis to reduce your carbon footprint.

Soft skills are increasingly finding their way onto the professional podium, so why not make the most of this period to boost your skills in a sporting way!
