On July 22, 2021, the Institut Pasteur and Université de Paris signed an association agreement. The agreement was signed in the Salle des Actes at the Institut Pasteur, a place that is steeped in history. The two institutions have a shared scientific ambition to contribute to progress in human health.
In recent years, the scientific community has realized that different bacterial strains can play very different roles in an environment. The identification of these strains and their genomes is important for both basic research and human health.
The lectures organized by the Scientific Council are an opportunity to find out about the latest developments in research and knowledge in a particular field. They are also a way of establishing links between specific research challenges and the broad scientific topics explored at each session. These unique lectures are aimed at the entire Institut Pasteur community.
