• Call for applications for the postdoctoral Calmette and Yersin Program within the RIIP

The International Affairs Department funds each year several young researchers to promote and facilitate the realization of their full postdoctoral internships in an institute within the Institut Pasteur International Network (RIIP) except metropolitan France. Areas may include all themes developed in the laboratories of the RIIP.

• 38th call for applications for the grant scheme run by the Pierre Ledoux–Jeunesse Internationale Foundation

The Pierre Ledoux–Jeunesse Internationale Foundation, which operates under the aegis of the Fondation de France, is launching its 38th call for applications in collaboration with the Institut Pasteur. The aim of the scheme is to fund biomedical research internships at one of the Institut Pasteur International Network institutes for young French Master's and PhD students studying biology, medicine, pharmacy or veterinary science at a university or higher education institution.

The deadline for applications is July 16, 2018.

The grants are for 3 to 10 months and offer recipients the opportunity of complementing their professional training and personal development with field and laboratory experience in infectious or parasitic diseases in a developing country within the Institut Pasteur International Network.

Details of the application process and the internships, together with the application forms

The application forms (available online) should be completed in French and returned by post to the Pierre Ledoux–Jeunesse Internationale Foundation by July 16, 2018. Applications should be based on a project that has been approved by the internship supervisor at the host laboratory and the director of the institute.
