Several new pieces of information regarding the ongoing preparation of the Institut Pasteur for a transition to phase 3 of the epidemic are available. This information will allow a better organization of daily work while protecting the health of all Pasteurians.

Gender equality is one of the key focus areas of the Strategic Plan, with the particular aim of improving the representation of women in senior scientific positions. To this end, a multidisciplinary working group, led by Caroline Demangel and Odile Hermabessière, was set up to assess the current situation and devise an initial action plan, with the priority measures being presented to the Board of Directors.
