New campaign to collect Declarations of Interest

In accordance with the provisions in the Charter for the Prevention and Management of Conflicts of Interest, and as announced by the Legal Affairs Department in its message on March 14, all staff required to complete a Declaration of Interest will receive a message on March 18 inviting them to fill out this form in their Talentsoft personal space.

Declaration of Interest campaign – main points to remember:

• This procedure will be carried out using a simplified, shortened online form that better meets the needs of campus and facilitates processing of the information collected.

• It only involves certain staff categories, as set out in the Charter for the Prevention and Management of Conflicts of Interest.

• The campaign will run until April 22, 2019.

Reminder:

Any individuals, even those who do not fall into the categories mentioned in the Charter, who believe that they have interests which may give rise to conflicts of interest in connection with their activities for the Institut Pasteur, may complete a Declaration of Interest at any time and send it to the bodies designated in the Charter. The form can be requested by sending an email to portailrh@pasteur.fr
