Launch of the 2017 PasteurInnov and ValoExpress calls for proposals
The Incentive Research Programs and Partnerships Department (SPPI - Department of Development) and Institut Carnot Microbes et Santé propose two complementary calls to support projects aiming at developing an innovative idea with significant applicative potential/clinical impact through i) sustainable partnerships with industrial companies, ii) start-up creation or iii) sustainable partnerships with key players in public health :
- PasteurInnov
Funders : Institut Pasteur and Institut Carnot Pasteur Microbes et Santé
Purpose: the aim of this call is to support the development of the proof-of-concept of innovative ideas/technologies with significant applicative potential with the aim to enter into partnerships with industrial companies, with key players in public health or to enter into the creation of a start-up shortly after the end of the PasteurInnov grant.
Duration: 12 months requested
Budget: up to €75,000 per project (including position cost)
Submission deadline : May 30, 2017
Decision and funding start date: Announcement of selected projects by December 14, 2017 with a start of funding in January 2018

Purpose: the aim of this call is to support the very early stages of development of innovative ideas with significant applicative potential for (i) industry and/or (ii) with significant social impact and/or potential clinical benefits
Budget: up to €25,000 to €30,000 per project (running costs only)
Submission deadlines: May 15, 2017
Decision and funding start date: Announcement of selected projects by Thursday November 23, 2017 with a start of funding in January 2018
