Scientific career development at the Institut Pasteur

The Institut Pasteur's senior management team has set up a Careers Committee with the aim of strengthening career support and promoting career development.

The committee will provide scientists with the opportunity to voice their goals, recognize their skills and identify possibilities for professional development or retraining, in line with their own aspirations and the Institut Pasteur's strategic choices.

This committee will include experts in science and HR: the Scientific Careers Department and the MAASCC welcome, support and career development structure for scientists are working closely together to arrange informal, confidential meetings at least once every five years during which all scientists and engineers can take the time to pause and reflect on their professional development.
