New technology for single cell functional multiplexed protein profiling at the CB UTechS

The Cytometry and Biomarkers Unit of Technology and Service (CB UTechS) is pleased to announce that the Isoplexis Isolight system for multiplexed quantification of cytokines produced by individual cells is now available in our laboratory.

Isolight is a fully automated solution for single-cell functional phenotyping of immune cells. The instrument can quantify 32 cytokines produced by individual cells stimulated in bulk prior to their injection in the machine. Single cell secretome panels (Inflammation, Innate, Adaptive), intracellular Cancer phospho panel and metabolome panel are available. The instrument is unique of its type and provides a significant added value in studies of single cell functional biology. The technology has been successfully applied in various research areas (cancer immunology, cellular and regenerative medicine, infectious diseases, oncology, neuroinflammation).

The Isolight system is complementary to the portfolio of 32 instruments for biomarker discovery already available in the CB UTechS.
