Changes within the Human Resources Department

The following changes have been made to the way the Human Resources Department is organized:

As of April 1, 2021, the Administrative management, Payroll and HRIS Department is now the HR Development Department led by Laurent Dépigny who joined us on March 22, 2021 and includes the following 3 divisions:
•    HR tools and development division led by Anne Peta,
•    Training division led by Emmanuelle Porté,
•    Recruitment – mobility division led by Laurent Dépigny.

As of May 1, 2021, the Payroll and time management division led on an interim basis by Sylvie Mesgny and the Social management control division led by Angélique Arlot will be affiliated with the Remuneration and social management control department led by Caroline Piboux.

As from the same date, the HR administrative management division led by Émilie Sarfati will report to Marie-Laure Petit within the Local HR and HR administrative management department.

The other HR Department divisions: Legal and international affairs (Sandrine Daniel), Labor relations (Pierre Galopin), MAASCC (Mariana Mesel-Lemoine), HR communications (Virginie Ambelouis-Hachard) and Occupational health (Béata Francuz) remain unchanged.
