Satisfaction survey for the Center for Technological Resources and Research

In a bid to take on board users’ views and opinions and continually improve our services, the ISO 9001-certified core facilities in the Center for Technological Resources and Research (C2RT) are running a satisfaction survey.

The survey will give users the opportunity to rate the quality of the services provided and share their needs and expectations.

The 2023 user satisfaction survey will run until December 15. If you have worked with these core facilities – if you took a training course, called on their services or were involved in scientific collaboration – you will receive an email with the questionnaire.

Your feedback is important. It will enable us to improve the services we provide and meet your needs more effectively.

Any problems raised via the satisfaction survey will be addressed as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be taken.

The results of the survey will be presented at the user committee meetings and posted on the site of each core facility.
