Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
On Thursday November 28, the 2019 edition of the Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property workshop will take place in room CFJ 28-01-01A, from 2pm to 4.30pm. The workshop, co-organized by the Research Applications and Industrial Relations Department (DARRI), the MAASCC welcome, support and career development structure for scientists and StaPa (the Institut Pasteur's association for young researchers), aims to promote awareness among Institut Pasteur researchers of the stakes and opportunities of intellectual property, technology transfer and industrial partnerships within the framework of their research.
This workshop is a great opportunity for researchers to:
Learn about intellectual property
Figure out how to protect their work
Understand what industrial partnerships can bring
Hear testimonies of real-case patents
Discuss freely with patent and business development experts
Discover a career alternative to academia
During the workshop, participants will also be able to hear the testimony of Marie Flamand, a researcher who has engaged in the process of protecting and transferring her data with the help of DARRI.
The preliminary program is as follows:
