Set-days and flexitime systems: a reminder of what you need to do by December 31

Whether you are on the set-days or flexitime system, here is a reminder of what you need to do by December 31, 2022 depending on your individual situation.

Set-days system: take all additional (ARTT) leave days by December 31, 2022

The Human Resources Department would like to remind staff on the set-days (forfait jour) system to take all their additional (ARTT) leave days via their HR portal by the end of the year.

Any additional leave days that have not been taken by December 31, 2022 will not be able to be carried over to next year.

We would remind you that you can view the number of remaining additional (ARTT) and extra additional (ARTT supplémentaires) leave days you have left for the current year on your HR portal.

Flexitime: credit hours down to zero by December 31, 2022

The Human Resources Department would like to remind staff on the flexitime system that their balance of credit hours must be zero at December 31, 2022, or the hours will be lost.

We would remind you that credit hours must be regularly used up, either by working for less than 7 hours a day over the following days or by taking an absence during core working hours (APF). You may take up to 12 days of APF leave every calendar year.

You can take APF leave days via your HR portal.
