Refund of enrollment fees for PhD students enrolled at a university in mainland France

Since the 2014-2015 academic year, registration fees at a French metropolitan university have been reimbursed to 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year doctoral students working on the campus of the Institut Pasteur.
In order to be eligible for this reimbursement, doctoral students must necessarily fill in and validate on the tutorial platform the forms "Personal information" and "Summary of situation" (see email automatically received from the platform).

Requests for reimbursement of tuition fees (2018-2019) and CVEC (396 + 90 euros) must be sent in accordance with the procedure at the latest:

• December 20, 2018 for students who arrived in 2018

• June 30, 2019 for students arriving in early 2019.
