Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
The Center of Biophysics of Macromolecules and their Interactions (PFBMI), in association with Dynamic Biosensors (Munich), organises a theoretical/practical workshop on the switchSENSE technology.
This original technology, based on the use of electro-switchable DNA nanolevers, allows to characterize in real time a large number of
parameters: kinetics, affinity, avidity and cooperativity of molecular interactions, but also size and conformational modifications of biological macromolecules.
