New provident insurance/healthcare management company from January 1, 2021

From January 1, 2021, the company Verspieren will become the new manager of the Institut Pasteur's provident insurance/healthcare contract, taking over from the company Vivinter.

This new partner was chosen to optimize the management of the contract for Institut Pasteur staff and to improve the quality of the platform.

Key points

• In November/December, emails will be sent out to enable the new platform to be set up – each staff member will be contacted by the new partner Verspieren to update their registration information.

• Until December 31, 2020, Vivinter will continue to be your point of contact, both for the refund of medical costs and for provident insurance.

• From January 1, 2021, Verspieren will become your new point of contact.

• Until December 31, 2020, Vivinter will still be managing the contract and if you have any questions about ongoing requests, especially for refunds of medical costs, you should contact Vivinter.

• If you have any additional questions, please contact your administrative manager.

• Information will be sent out on a regular basis in November and December 2020 via the usual channels (newsletter, Webcampus and email) to keep you informed of the arrangements for the handover to the new company Verspieren on January 1, 2021.
