Refund of enrollment fees for PhD students enrolled at a French university

As announced by the Institut Pasteur's senior management team, from the 2014-2015 academic year onwards, 1st-, 2nd-, 3rd- and 4th-year PhD students working on the Institut Pasteur campus are eligible for a refund of their enrollment fees at universities in mainland France.

We would remind you that refund requests should be sent by email to fraisuniv@pasteur.fr and must be accompanied by:

1. a copy of the section of your student card indicating that your fees have been paid;

2. your bank details (a relevé d'identité bancaire or RIB).

PhD students will only be refunded once these two documents have been received and they have filled in and confirmed the "Personal Information" and "Situation Summary" forms on the tutoring platform (see the email sent by the platform).
